NAHC Forum of State Association members who wish to run for the Forum Vice Chair or Secretary position should submit a Consent to Serve form, along with a one page resume and a photograph. The form must be completed, signed and submitted by close of business Friday, August 22, 2008. For more information or to receive your consent to serve form contact Steve Lund at slund@nahc.org

2008 FSA Annual Meeting
Registration Is Open
The 2008 FSA annual meeting will be held in the Fort Lauderdale Grande Hotel and Yacht Club. The meeting Agenda will be developed by the Forum Executive Committee and announced in the early Fall. The Forum Schedule will include;
1.Friday Evening, October 10 - Joint NAHC Board/Forum Reception & Dinner
2.Saturday, October 11 - All day meeting featuring NAHC Staff Legislative and Regulatory updates, Lunch, and State Share features
3.Saturday Evening, Group Dinner
4.Sunday Morning, October 12 – CEO School in the Fort Lauderdale Convention Center
5.Sunday – FSA Lunch and Business Meeting. Forum officer election results will be announced.

State Association membership at NAHC is open to all organizations representing home care and hospice providers on a state level. A major focus of the Forum of State Associations is to assist state associations develop and grow into strong state advocates and fiscally sound organizations.
