Hotel Reservation Procedures

NAHC has negotiated discounted hotel room rates for all our attendees at the following official convention hotels. We strongly encourage all attendees to book accommodations at one of the official hotels directly, all of which are conveniently situated within Grapevine and NAHC will provide the FREE shuttle bus service to/from the Gaylord Texan (a short 3-4 minute ride). NAHC will not offer shuttle service from other hotels. If you chose to stay at different hotels you will need to factor in additional transit time and cost to your travel budget.

Reservation Cancellation Policies and Deposits

Cancellation Policies – please follow the policy of your selected hotel:

A deposit of the 1st night room and tax will be charged to your credit card. Please cancel 72 hours prior to arrival for a refund of 1st night room and tax. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1st night room and tax.
