* Allied Rate applies to non-profit industry associations, state home care or Hospice associations, government agencies, and schools of nursing. These groups must also be NAHC Allied Members to exhibit at the Allied Rate.

Deposit and Payment Schedule:
  1. A deposit totaling 25 percent of the booth(s) space must accompany all applications submitted before December 31, 2009.
  2. From January 1, 2010 to April 6, 2010, a deposit totaling 50 percent of the booth(s) space must accompany all applications submitted.
  3. From April 7, 2010 to June 8, 2010, a deposit totaling 75 percent of the booth(s) space must accompany all applications submitted.
  4. After June 8, 2010, full payment must accompany all applications submitted.
  5. Final payment is due no later than August 7, 2010
